Jane joined Sierra Consulting Group in 2018 after a working in the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage professional. As Director of Operations, she oversees the firm’s daily operations and provides comprehensive technical and managerial support to Osaic Wealth staff and planners, helping ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service across the practice. Outside of the office, Jane enjoys playing pickleball and watching baseball.
